These terms are an agreement between you and Matrionix Corporation ("we", "us") covering your use of LiveCharts.AI — our website, our iPhone, iPad and Mac applications, Android devices and Trading Platforms, and our charting integrations (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What LiveCharts.AI is
LiveCharts.AI is a charting and analysis tool. It displays market data, computes technical indicators, produces model-generated forecasts, and uses artificial intelligence to describe possible trade setups, including suggested entry, stop-loss and target levels, along with simulated profit and loss tracking.
For educational purposes only. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not execute trades, does not connect to your brokerage account, and does not manage money. Every output it produces — including any setup, entry, stop-loss, target, forecast, score, or written commentary — is illustrative material intended to help you study the market, and must not be treated as a directive to trade.
Not financial advice. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant, and we are not registered with any financial regulator in any capacity. Any setup, level, forecast, score, or commentary the Service produces is a computed output, not a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.
Risk of loss. Trading futures, options, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as easily as for you. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, back-tested results, simulated results, and any historical accuracy figures shown in the Service are not indicative of future results. Simulated performance does not represent actual trading and does not account for real execution, slippage, liquidity, or market conditions. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. AI-generated output
The analysis in the Service is generated by artificial intelligence models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, internally inconsistent, or confidently mistaken. It may misread a chart, misstate a level, or produce reasoning that does not hold.
You must independently verify anything you intend to rely on. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any purpose, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using it.
3. Market data
Market data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may differ from your broker's data. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of pricing, and do not rely on it for order execution or risk management. We are not liable for losses arising from data errors, gaps, latency, or outages.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are for a single person. One active session is permitted per account — signing in elsewhere ends the previous session. Sharing, reselling, or providing access to your account is not permitted.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on an auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing is shown before you purchase.
Purchases in our Apple applications
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — we cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.
Purchases on our website
- Payment is processed by PayPal and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel through your PayPal account or by contacting us.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the period already paid for, and access continues until the end of that period.
We may change pricing. Price changes apply to future billing periods, and we will give notice before they take effect.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, your account, or its output.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data, or access the Service by automated means except as we expressly permit.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, model weights, system prompts, internal instructions, or infrastructure behind the Service.
- Attempt to extract, elicit, or infer our internal prompts, model configuration, or proprietary methodology through the chat interface or otherwise.
- Circumvent authentication, session limits, subscription checks, or usage limits.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or to provide financial advice or trading signals to others as if they were your own.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, and features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or profitable.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the date at the top, and for material changes we will give notice in the application or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
