This policy explains what LiveCharts.AI collects, why, and who it is shared with. LiveCharts.AI is operated by Matrionix Corporation ("we", "us"). It applies to our website, our iPhone, iPad and Mac applications, Android devices and Trading Platforms, and our charting integrations.

If you begin signing up but do not complete payment, we retain the email address you entered so we can follow up about the incomplete registration.
This section matters, so we are explicit about it.
When you ask LiveCharts.AI for analysis, we send the relevant chart context — price history, indicator readings, forecast values, the instrument and timeframe, and the text of your message and recent conversation — to third-party artificial intelligence service providers that generate the response.
We do not send your email address, password, payment details, or account identifiers to these providers as part of the analysis request. Each provider processes the request under its own terms and privacy policy and acts as a processor on our behalf. The providers and models we use are proprietary to our service and may change at any time as capabilities improve.
We do not process or store payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone — no advertisers, no data brokers, no marketing partners.
Only payment information is shared with our payment processors — PayPal and Apple — solely to process your subscription, as described in section 3.
Our AI features never receive your identity. An AI request contains only the market and chart context needed to answer — price bars, indicator values, forecasts. Your name, email address, LiveCharts.AI account identifier, licence key, device identifier and payment information are never attached.
Your information is held in a secure environment. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LiveCharts.AI is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
